We have an exciting part-time remote working opportunity for a personal assistant to work for our client a construction recruitment agency. This role will support three directors with day-to-day administrative duties and support with the growth of the business.  

The role will include:

Diary Management – booking candidate / client meetings. 

Process new clients / candidates using the CRM 

Add new leads to the CRM – ensure that the data and information is accurate and up to date 

Ad hoc updating of marketing documents 

Ad hoc company website updates 

Supporting the directors with tender documents 

Prepare and send new contracts 

Prepare and send NDAs as and when required. 

Update holiday tracker  


Well organised 

Accurate and focused on the detail 

Willingness to learn and develop 


Construction industry preferred, but not essential. 

Part time 3 full days / or flexi hours over 5 days. 

I am working with a fast growing construction company, looking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant. With exciting growth within the business they would like a highly organised and efficient PA to work closely with the Managing Director. Suitable candidates must have experience of working with senior board level, in a fast paced environment with the ability to work in a discreet and confidential manner.
